On October 27, China Construction West Construction No.9 Company (hereinafter referred to as "No.9 Company") and Conch (Shaanxi) Holding Co., Ltd. Shaanxi-Gansu Region (hereinafter referred to as " Conch Cement Shaanxi-Gansu Region") signed a cooperation agreement in Xianyang Plant of No.9 Company.
