Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region issued the Announcement on the List of Green Manufacturing Demonstration Units at the Autonomous Region Level in 2025, saying that in order to implement the Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Green Development of Manufacturing Industry issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Development and Reform Commission and other seven ministries and commissions (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Joint Section [2024] 26). In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Interim Measures for Gradient Cultivation and Management of Green Factories, our department has organized the cultivation and establishment of green manufacturing demonstration units at the autonomous region level in 2025. After enterprise declaration, prefectural recommendation and expert evaluation, the list of green manufacturing demonstration units at the autonomous region level is now publicized.
According to the announcement, Xinjiang Midong Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd., Kuqa Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. and Yili Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. were selected as green factories.
