On June 30, the National Development and Reform Commission issued Announcement No.1 of 2025, namely, the announcement on the abolition of a number of administrative normative documents. This announcement shall come into force as of the date of issuance.
Among them, the announcement of the National Development and Reform Commission (2007) No.41 on the issuance of the Cleaner Production Assessment Index System for Cement Industry (Trial Implementation) was abolished.
