Project Overview: S27 Hohhot-Ordos Expressway (Hohhot Section), with a total mileage of 75.84 km. It includes 12.38 kilometers of interchange section (including 800 meters of main line bridge), 5.28 kilometers of bridge, 2.56 kilometers of separated interchange, 4.65 kilometers of viaduct, 0.89 kilometers of channel bridge and 50.08 kilometers of other subgrade sections. The total length of bridges is 14.18 km, accounting for 18.7% of the total mileage of the whole line.
The whole line is provided with 4 grand bridges, 7 interchanges such as Shengle (hub), Shaerqin, Airport South (hub), Yongshengyu, Tuoxian North (hub), Tuoxian and Tuoxian West, and Gonglama Interchange on G59 Hubei Expressway; One service area, one maintenance work area, six ramp toll stations and one road section management sub-center are set up.

Construction Location: Dongbao District, Jingmen City
Construction Scale: This project starts from the west side of Changgang Interchange, Xingfu Village, Zilingpu Town, Dongbao District, and connects with the level intersection of Jingdong Avenue under construction and the north section of the existing G347 Third Ring Road. After passing through Hongmiao Village and Meiman Village, it crosses Jiaoliu Railway, crosses with G207 at Nanqiao Village, is reconstructed and expanded along X321, passes through Siping Village and Longquan Village, bypasses Luoji Street from the south, passes through Baiping Village, Nano Calcium Carbonate Industrial Park and Lixi Town, runs southward along X223 at Yaojiafan, passes through Wenfeng Village and Exiang Village, ends at yuanzihe Village, Mahe Town, and connects with the existing G347. The total length of the route is 38.125 km (of which the overpass of Jiaozuo-Liuzhou Railway is 1.017 km, which is not within the scope of this tender). The whole line is constructed according to the standard of two-way four-lane first-class highway, of which: the design speed of the section from the starting point to Baiping is 80km/H, and the subgrade width is 25.5m; the design speed of the section from Baiping to the end point is 60km/H, and the subgrade width is 19.5m. Vehicle load class: Highway-I; design flood frequency: 1/100. Other technical indexes shall be subject to relevant provisions of Technical Standard for Highway Engineering (JTG B01-2014) issued by the Ministry. The total investment of this
tender is RMB 1,233,997,920.
Others: The project is implemented in two phases. The first phase is the section from Wuning Avenue to Siding Building Material Factory (K0 + 890-K18 + 900), with a total length of 18.010 km; the second phase is the section from Siding Building Material Factory to yuanyuanhe (K18 + 900-K38 + 125.05), with a total length of 19.00 km. The section from the North Third Ring Road to Wuning Avenue (K0 + 000-K0 + 890) is a collinear section of Jingdong Avenue, which has been completed.

Award for Reconstruction Project of Yunhe Houshan to Macheng Section of National Highway 322 Project Overview: The starting point of this project is located in Houshan Village, Fenghuangshan Street, which is connected with the cross-city section of National Highway 322, and the route is laid westward along the old National Highway 322. Chishiling Tunnel is set to pass through Chishiling to Linhai Village, continue to use the old road to the west to Yantian Village, set up Huanggang Tunnel to the southwest to Xinlin Village, then set up Paihou Tunnel to Mawei Village, and connect the reconstruction project of Anren Section of Longquan 322 National Highway under construction at the junction of Yunhe County and Longquan City. The total estimated investment of this
project is 97786 0.57 million yuan, of which the 64270 for construction and installation is 0.55 million yuan. The total length of the
project route is about 16.53 kilometers. The whole line is provided with 15 bridges of about 2,167m (including 7 large bridges of 1,620m and 8 medium and small bridges of 446m) and 4 tunnels of about 3,871m (including 3 long tunnels: 1,338m Chishiling Tunnel, 1,325m Huanggang Tunnel, 1,050m Paihou Tunnel and 1 short tunnel: 158m Hundred and Twenty Steps Tunnel).
Technical standard: this project adopts the standard of two-way two-lane second-class highway in the Technical Standard of Highway Engineering (JTGB01-2014). The design speed is 60 km/H, the width of the standard section of the subgrade is 10 meters (the width of the subgrade of the restricted section of the local underpass expressway is 8.5 meters), and the net width of the tunnel is 10 meters. The design vehicle load grade of bridges and culverts shall be highway-Grade I. Other technical indicators shall comply with the provisions of the current relevant industry standards and specifications, and meet the provisions of the Compulsory Provisions of Engineering Construction Standards (Highway Engineering) of the People's Republic of China.
Bidding scope: starting and ending chainage K0 + 000-K16 + 529.533, The main works within the scope of 16.53km of the line include: subgrade, pavement, bridge, culvert, tunnel, route crossing, traffic engineering and facilities along the line, environmental protection and landscape greening, construction of other works and defect repair during the defect liability period.
Planned construction period: 36 months (1095 calendar days)
Defect liability period: 24 months (730 calendar days), calculated from the actual completion date (the date of issuance of the completion certificate). The greening project lasts for 12 months (365 calendar days).
