Announcement of Acceptance of Environmental Impact Assessment of Taiyuan Jinyuan Cement 4000t/d Clinker Line Co-processing Solid Waste Project

On October 23, the Taiyuan Municipal Examination and Approval Service Administration of Shanxi Province issued a public announcement on the acceptance of environmental impact assessment documents for the general solid waste comprehensive utilization project of Taiyuan Jinyuan Cement Co., Ltd. The publicity period is from October 23, 2025 to October 29, 2025 (5 working days).

It is reported that the project is located in the existing factory area of Taiyuan Jinyuan Cement Co., Ltd. in Guxian Village, Donghuangshui Town, Yangqu County, Taiyuan City. Taiyuan Jinyuan Cement Co., Ltd. intends to use the existing 4000t/d clinker new cement production line in the factory area to co-dispose of general industrial solid waste. It is a technical transformation project with a total investment of 1 million yuan, including 285,000 yuan for environmental protection.

Taiyuan Jinyuan Cement Co., Ltd. has a 4000t/d new dry process cement clinker production line (supporting 7.5MW low-temperature waste heat power generation), two sets of φ4.2x13m combined cement grinding systems, with an annual output of 1.2 million tons of clinker and 1.6 million tons of cement.
