24 October, The Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Sanming City, Fujian Province issued an announcement on the approval of the environmental impact report of the 4500t/d cement clinker production line of Ninghua Jinniu Cement Co., Ltd. The announcement period is 7 days from the date of publication of this announcement.
It is reported that the project is located in Meikeng, Chenjiacun, Hucun Town, Ninghua County, Sanming City, Fujian Province. The project is a relocation project. The second 4500 tons/day cement clinker production line of Yongan Jinniu Cement Co., Ltd. will be relocated to the site for construction. The project will build a 4500 tons/day cement clinker production line with 10 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation. The annual output of clinker is 1.35 million tons and the annual output of cement is 1.8182 million tons.
Previously, on February 26, 2025, Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued an announcement on the relocation of the second production line of Yongan Jinniu Cement Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 4500 tons of cement clinker. The reason for the relocation was that "the supporting mines could not meet the production needs due to the requirements of ecological protection". According to
the data, Ninghua Jinniu Cement Co., Ltd. was established in September 2021 and indirectly controlled by Fujian Jinniu Cement Group Co., Ltd.
