On March 3, 2025, nearly 100 representatives from building materials and cement associations in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Mongolia-Liaoning region and more than 40 enterprises gathered in Tangshan to make suggestions for the cement industry to make up losses and increase efficiency, green and low-carbon transformation and development, and successfully held the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Mongolia-Liaoning Cement Industry High Quality Development Conference. First of all, Cai Jinshan, Vice President of Cement Branch of Hebei Building Materials Industry Association, delivered a welcome speech. Liaoning Building Materials Industry Association, Vice President of Shanshui Group and General Manager of Northeast Operating Zone, shared the successful experience of high-quality development of cement industry in the "Pan-Northeast" region in 2024 against the background of the development history of cement industry abroad. In view of how to build a healthy and orderly market order and how to achieve breakthroughs in the northern region of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, he pointed out that, first, the current industry involution caused disorderly competition in the market, which led to the current cement price in China being at a backward international level. He advocated that we should learn from the successful experience of foreign countries and shift the direction of involution to brand building, internal management and enterprise efficiency, so as to form a benign interaction in the development of the industry. Hebei Building Materials Industry Association, briefed the spirit of the just-concluded C12 + 4 conference in Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong and Henan, and put forward suggestions for regional high-quality development in light of the actual situation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The first is to further strengthen the awareness of peak staggering production and improve the accuracy and accuracy of peak staggering production. Second, we should strengthen political responsibility and fulfill social responsibilities to ensure air quality in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Finally, Li Huaijiang, executive chairman of Hebei Building Materials Association, made a concluding speech.
