Xu Dachang, secretary and chairman of the Party Committee

of Haikou Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the Haikou Discipline Commission and supervision and investigation by the Hainan Provincial Supervisory Commission.

Xu Dachang, male, Han nationality, born in April 1974, Wenchang, Hainan, with a university degree, took part in work in September 1996 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 2004.

He is currently the party secretary, chairman and legal representative of Haikou Construction Engineering Group, Hainan Province.
