New Progress of Southern Cement 7500 t/d Clinker Production Line Supporting Project

On the afternoon of October

10, with the successful blasting of the last section of rock mass, the tunnel project of limestone crushing and transportation project in Niutoushan mining area of Anhui Guangde Southern Cement Co., Ltd. was successfully completed.

The 1186-meter-long core tunnel has been excavated safely and efficiently in nine months since its commencement, marking a milestone in the project and laying a solid foundation for the subsequent installation of equipment and the operation of the whole line.

It is understood that the project is a supporting project for the optimization and upgrading of the cement clinker production line with a daily output of 7500 tons in Guangde South, aiming at building a 2.5 km long distance and fully enclosed tunnel transportation system. The limestone raw materials mined in the mining area are directly and efficiently transported to the production plant area, completely replacing the traditional automobile transportation mode.

It is reported that the tunnel is the "artery" of the whole transportation system, and its construction quality and progress are the key to whether the project can be put into operation on schedule. Faced with the excavation task of 1186 meters and complex geological conditions, the project team organized scientifically and managed meticulously, adopted advanced construction technology and equipment, overcome the challenges of complex geological conditions, high construction technology requirements, and high pressure of safety management and control, and finally achieved "zero accident" precise penetration. After the completion of the tunnel, the project will be fully transferred to the follow-up stages of secondary lining construction, belt conveyor installation and electrical system commissioning.

In the next step, Guangde South will continue to adhere to the principle of "safety first, quality first", make every effort to promote the follow-up construction, ensure that the project is fully completed and put into operation as soon as possible, and inject new and strong impetus into the sustainable development of Southern Cement with high quality.
