On October 17, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Henan Province issued the Announcement on the Capacity Replacement Scheme of Boai Jinyu Cement Co., Ltd. for Technological Upgrading and Production of 3750 Tons of Cement Clinker Circular Economy Demonstration Line Project.

The replacement plan shows that the technical upgrading project of Boai Jinyu 3750t/d cement clinker production line relies on the technical upgrading project of Boai Jinyu Cement Co., Ltd. The supplemented 1250t/d production capacity is replaced by the 2500t/d cement clinker production line of Qinyang Jinyu Jidong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. according to the ratio of 2:1.
