Market-oriented to promote the high-quality development of assembly construction industry, make full use of investment attraction, achieve industrial reinforcement and effect improvement, and form a good situation of "group heating" and "joint provincial sea". Policy guidance should be strengthened in an all-round way. We should innovate the bidding mode, strengthen financial support, and carry out special supervision of "looking back" on policy documents such as the three-year action plan. Publicity and promotion should be strengthened. We should intensify the training of industrial workers and talents.
