Recently, Hefei Public Resources Trading Center of Anhui Province issued a notice on the paid disposal of sand and gravel mineral resources in the stripping of cement limestone mine (mining boundary expansion area) in Lutang Mining Area, Juchao District, Chaohu City.
According to reports, the cement limestone mine in Lutang Mining Area, Juchao District, Chaohu City is located in Yinping Town, Chaohu City, and the mining right holder is Chaohu Conch Cement Co., Ltd., with a production scale of 7.8 million tons per year and a mining area of 1.3737 square kilometers. The transfer base price is 130 million yuan.
It is estimated that the total amount of stripping resources that can be included in the public transaction disposal of the mine is 33.2154 million tons , including 19.5273 million tons of limestone stripping resources for building stones and 13.6881 million tons of shale resources for roadbed cushion. The total amount of stripped materials
obtained by the transferee in this transfer is obtained according to the amount of stripped materials produced by the mine in accordance with the mining design or development and utilization plan every year, not at one time. At the same time, when the final amount of resources actually transferred is less than 33.2154 million tons of resources transferred by the transferee, the stripping price will be refunded according to the unit price at the time of bidding multiplied by the difference between the amount of transfer obtained by bidding and the amount of actual transfer, without interest. The stripped materials of
this transfer are distributed between the ore beds and are seamlessly connected with the main ore bed. The transferee is only responsible for outward transportation, not for mining. Chaohu Conch Cement Co., Ltd. shall notify the transferee in writing to transport a certain amount of stripped materials produced by mining to the mine after the conditions for outward transportation are met, and the volume of outward transportation shall be calculated quarterly by a third party entrusted by the transferor as the basis for settlement.
