(2) The competent departments of industry and information technology at the provincial level shall, in conjunction with relevant departments, do a good job in identifying the cultivation of advanced intelligent factories in the region, and the relevant central enterprises shall do a good job in identifying the cultivation of advanced intelligent factories of the Group, and submit the list of advanced intelligent factories to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Equipment Industry).
