On June 23, the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration issued a notice on the implementation rules of 136 kinds of product quality supervision and spot checks.
In accordance with the requirements of the revision of relevant standards and the Interim Measures for the Administration of Product Quality Supervision and Spot Inspection (Decree No.18 of the General Administration of Market Supervision), the General Administration of Market Supervision has organized and compiled detailed rules for the implementation of 136 kinds of product quality supervision and spot inspection, such as electric balanced vehicles, which are now promulgated and implemented from the date of promulgation. Local market supervision departments can directly adopt it when carrying out spot checks of product quality supervision. The detailed rules for the implementation of supervision and spot checks of the same kind of products previously issued shall be abolished at the same time.
Among them, the implementation rules for quality supervision and spot check of Portland cement clinker products (2025 edition) and the implementation rules for quality supervision and spot check of cement products (2025 edition) were issued.
