On June 23, China Nengjian Electronic Procurement Platform issued a pre-qualification announcement for EPC general contracting of photovoltaic power plants for Navoi Integrated Energy Project in Uzbekistan.

The announcement shows that the Navoi Integrated Energy Project is located about 56 km north of Navoi City, Navoi State. A new 300 MW AC PV power station is planned to be built. One 150MW/300MWh

The scope of this tender is a new 300 MWac photovoltaic power station (including 220kV booster station) and EIF facilities. The AC side capacity of the photovoltaic power station is 300MWac . The installed capacity on the DC side is about 363.

The project adopts 620 Wp monocrystalline double-sided modules , flat single-axis tracking brackets and string inverters. The project will be tendered for

onshore contract (including EIF facilities) : 10% of the advance payment, 3% of the quality guarantee deposit, and the remaining contract payment shall be paid after the commercial operation of the project (COD) (the specific scheme shall be subject to the contract).

Offshore contract : 10% of the advance payment and 3% of the quality guarantee deposit for PV modules , brackets and module cleaning robots. The remaining contract amount shall be paid before the delivery of each batch; 5% of the advance payment for PV inverter and 3% of the quality guarantee deposit shall be paid before the delivery of each batch; The advance payment for other equipment shall be 10% , the quality guarantee deposit shall be 3%, and the remaining contract payment shall be paid after the commercial operation of the project (the specific scheme shall be subject to the contract).
