On October 15, Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on the Replacement Scheme of Supplementary Capacity for the Production Line Project of Xin'an Zhonglian Wanji Cement Co., Ltd. with a Daily Output of 4500 Tons and the Production Line Project of Nanyang Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. with a Daily Output of 6000 Tons.

15 October, Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on the Replacement Scheme of Supplementary Capacity for the 4500-ton Cement Clinker Production Line Project of Xin'an Zhonglian Wanji Cement Co., Ltd. and the 6000-ton Cement Clinker Production Line Project of Nanyang Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd.

According to the announcement, the 4500t/d cement clinker production line of Xin'an Zhonglian Wanji Cement Co., Ltd. supplements 1300t/d production capacity according to the ratio of 1:1; the 6000t/d cement clinker production line of Nanyang Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. supplements 800t/d production capacity according to the ratio of 1.5: 1. The supplementary capacity indicators are all from the 2500t/d production line of Xin'an Zhonglian Wanji Cement Co., Ltd.
