On October 16, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a bulletin to promote the popularization and application of new technologies and products in the building materials industry, guide all elements to flow to the technological transformation of emerging industries and traditional indust ries in the building materials field, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of high-end, intelligent and green building materials industry, and promote the development of new technologies and products in the building materials industry. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has organized and compiled the Catalogue of Technologies and Products for Encouraging the Promotion and Application of Building Materials Industry (2025 edition). Among them, many technologies/products have been applied to cement, concrete and other building materials industries. The
technical/product names are: high-performance concrete products, early-strength high-stability alkali-free accelerator, high-performance refractory materials, intelligent manufacturing system solutions for cement plants, fully automatic laboratory for cement, integrated solutions for intelligent mines, intelligent manufacturing system solutions for machine-made sand and gravel plants, Intelligent manufacturing system solutions for ready-mixed concrete factories, digital factory management platform based on digital twin technology, digital detection system for building materials based on industrial Internet and artificial intelligence, factory safety management and control platform based on industrial Internet, large raw material final grinding roller press system, fourth generation mid-roller grate cooler, cement vertical mill final grinding technology, etc. Cement kiln co-disposal technology, low-carbon cement technology, cement kiln oxy-fuel combustion coupling low-energy carbon capture technology, cement kiln disposal of soil containing organic pollutants complete technology.
