Anhui Tiepeng Seal Cement 2500t/d Clinker Line Ultra-low Emission Technical Upgrading Project General Contracting Bidding!

On October 15, Anhui Tiepeng Seal Cement Co., Ltd. issued a tender announcement for the general contracting of the ultra-low emission upgrading project of the 2500 tons per day cement clinker production line. The tenderer is Anhui Tiepeng Seal Cement Co., Ltd.

The project is located in Lintou Town, Hanshan County, Maanshan City, Anhui Province. The main construction content of this project is the flue gas denitrification transformation of the cement clinker production line with a daily output of 2500 tons and the emission up to the standard. The project adopts SCR high temperature and high dust denitration process, and the project adopts the form of general contracting of design, procurement and construction. The General Contractor shall be fully responsible for the design, equipment procurement, installation, commissioning and other work within the bidding scope. The general contractor shall be fully responsible for the quality, safety, construction period, price and system integrity of the contracted project. Upon completion of the modification, to achieve NOx < 50mg/m ³ ultra-low emission requirement. The total construction period of the

project shall not exceed 110 calendar days (calculated from the effective date of the contract until the conditions for resuming production are met), of which the construction period for kiln shutdown and pipeline transformation is 25 calendar days (including 15 days for pipeline blocking in the early stage and 10 days for pipeline connection in the later stage). The specific time of kiln shutdown and pipeline transformation shall be notified by the tenderee. Except for the period of pipeline transformation, the project construction and production shall be carried out in parallel, and the winning bidder shall not affect the normal production of the tenderee.

In addition to good reputation and relevant qualifications, the bidder shall have a similar performance since January 1, 2022, that is, the performance of the new or reconstruction construction project of the flue gas denitrification project of the cement clinker production line with a scale of 2500t/d or above. Consortium bidding is not accepted for

this project.
