On June 20, Asia Cement (China) announced that on June 20, 2025, Jiangxi Yadong, a subsidiary of the company, entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Asia Cement Co., Ltd. Jiangxi Yadong has agreed to sell, and Asia Cement Corporation has agreed to purchase, ordinary Portland cement and cement clinker in bulk for an aggregate amount not exceeding US $23.4 million during the period from 20 June 2025 to 31 December 2025, which constitutes a connected transaction.

According to the agreement, Jiangxi Yadong will supply 50,000 metric tons to 150,000 metric tons of ordinary Portland cement and 300,000 metric tons to 500,000 metric tons of cement clinker to Asia Cement Corporation from June 20, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

The announcement said that the supply of cement to Asia Cement Corporation will enable the Group to receive stable, reliable and relatively high income, which will effectively ease the pressure on the Group's cement inventory, and at the same time enable the Group to earn ideal profits.
