3 trillion! The NDRC has intensified its efforts to promote high-quality projects to private capital, focusing on infrastructure and other fields.

In accordance with the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, in order to continuously stimulate the vitality of private investment, the National Development and Reform Commission has further intensified its efforts, and recently organized more than 3200 new projects to promote private capital, involving a total investment of more than 3 trillion yuan.

This batch of projects focuses on transportation, energy, water conservancy, new infrastructure, urban infrastructure, environmental protection, warehousing and logistics, manufacturing and other key areas, relying on the "national platform for promoting projects to private capital" to the public.

At the same time, we will organize all localities to establish and improve the coordination mechanism for the promotion of projects to private capital, promote more private investment to participate in project construction, strengthen tracking coordination and docking services, strengthen land use, sea use, environmental assessment and other elements and financing support, and promote the implementation of projects as soon as possible.

Next, the National Development and Reform Commission will speed up the improvement of the long-term mechanism for private enterprises to participate in the construction of major national projects, organize local governments to continue to promote projects to private capital, and further stimulate the motive force and vitality of private investment.
