the proposed project: the design capacity is 4000t/d, the replacement capacity is 4000t/d (Zhejiang Jinyuan Cement's 2 × 2000t/d capacity is used for the replacement of the project), the replacement ratio is 1:1, the planned construction time is March 2025, and the planned ignition and production time is December 2025.
