Recently, many provinces have issued lists of provincial key projects, among which several cement clinker production line construction projects have been selected. Specifically,
on February 20, Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the list of provincial key projects in 2025, including the second cement clinker production line construction project (7266t/d) of Wuxue Manufacturing Plant of Huanggang Yadong Cement Co., Ltd.
It is understood that Huanggang Yadong Cement Co., Ltd. plans to invest 325 million yuan to build a 7266t/d new dry process cement clinker production line with an annual output of 2398000 tons of clinker, 3 million tons of cement and a rotary kiln as the main equipment. Advanced six-stage preheater with new dry pre-decomposition firing process outside the kiln is adopted, as well as supporting cement grinding, mine raw material base, wharf, 5MW photovoltaic power generation project, public and auxiliary facilities. of Hebei Province issued the List of Key Construction Projects of Hebei Province in 2025. Continued projects include: Handan BBMG Taihang 2 × 4500t/d Cement Kiln Co-processing Solid Waste Production Line Relocation Project (Fengfeng Mining Area).
The project plans to relocate the existing cement clinker production line to the new energy chemical industrial park of Hebei Fengfeng Economic Development Zone, and relocate 2x4500t/d cement kiln co-processing solid waste production line.
Shandong Provincial People's Government recently issued a notice on the list of major projects in the province in 2025, in which the 4000td new dry process cement clinker production line and waste heat power generation project of Shandong Lianhe Wangqi Cement Co., Ltd. were selected into the list of major implementation projects.
It is understood that the total investment of the project is 1 billion yuan, the new building area is 6065.80 m2, the 2500t/d production line is demolished in situ and replaced with 1500t/d, the 4000t/d new dry cement clinker production line and the supporting construction of 6MW waste heat power generation system are built. To realize the intellectualization, digitalization, energy saving and environmental protection of production process and equipment level.
According to the tracking of China Cement Network Cement Big Data Research Institute, there are currently 15 production lines under construction in China, with a total capacity of about 23 million tons.
