In order to ensure the smooth hoisting of the rotary kiln, the project department has made a careful deployment. Before hoisting, the project team, together with the construction team, the owner and the supervision unit, carried out several reviews, optimization and technical disclosure of the scheme. In the process of hoisting, the on-site command is in good order, the personnel of hoisting, installation, measurement, welding and other types of work cooperate with each other tacitly, strictly follow the scheduled plan, and check and accept each process to ensure the precise docking of the rotary kiln. After the closure of the
rotary kiln is completed, it will immediately go to the next step of alignment, welding and installation of supporting equipment. The project department will take this important node as an opportunity to take advantage of the momentum and make every effort to launch a sprint towards the goal of high-quality ignition and production.
