On February 25, China Tianrui Group Cement Co., Ltd. announced that Li Xuanyu resigned as executive director and chairman of the board of directors in order to focus on other work, effective from February 25, 2025. Mr. Li Liufa, a non-executive Director, has been appointed as the Chairman with effect from 25 February 2025.
Li Xuanyu is the son of Li Liufa, who took office in October 2022. When Li Xuanyu took office as the chairman and chairman of the board of directors of Tianrui Cement , his father Li Liufa stepped down as the chairman of the company, but he was still a non-executive director of the company, and his mother Li Fengxuan was an executive director.
