Recently, Yanling Branch of Zhuzhou Ecological Environment Bureau of Hunan Province issued an administrative penalty decision.
It is reported that Zhuzhou Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment conducted an investigation on the company on August 19, 2025, and found that the construction project of the company's commercial concrete mixing station and water-stable material mixing station started on March 1, 2025 without authorization in Xinwu Group * Ping *, Zhongcun Yao Township, Yanling County (formerly Yanling Xinli Building Material Co., Ltd.). Commissioning and production were completed on August 1, 2025, and two sets of production equipment, 600-ton stabilized soil mixing station and HZS180 mixing station, were installed in the plant area.
Up to now, more than 300 cubic meters of commercial concrete have been produced, 11 tons of cement, 300 tons of sand and 400 tons of gravel have been used, and the production line of water-stable materials has not been produced so far. Up to now, the construction project has not prepared the environmental impact assessment and has not gone through the procedures for environmental impact assessment and approval.
Finally, Zhuzhou Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment imposed the following administrative penalty on the company: a fine of RMB fourteen thousand and fifty-six yuan only (¥ 14056.00) was imposed, and the company was required to pay the fine to the designated bank and account within 15 days from the date of receiving the penalty decision.
