Recently, the Transportation Bureau of Anfu County, Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province, issued public information on administrative penalties.
It is reported that Pingxiang Changsheng Cement Plant Co., Ltd. violated Article 30 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Road Transport, and road transport operators used vehicles that had obtained vehicle operation certificates without authorization. The license plates of the vehicles involved are Gan J05176D, Gan JA481, Gan J08206D, Gan JA151 and Gan J9643.
According to Article 69, paragraph 2, of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Road Transport and Chapter IV and Item 95 of the Detailed Standards for the Discretionary Power of Administrative Penalties for Transportation in Jiangxi Province (2024 Edition), a total fine of 15000 yuan was imposed.
