Formation of "One Wall" Phenomenon, Illegal Mining of a Mine in Guizhou Was Reported

Recently, the Ministry of Emergency Management announced six cases of safety production reporting.

Case 6 shows that in July 2025, the Emergency Management Department of Guizhou Province received a report from the mass network, reflecting that a stone company in Ziyun Miao Buyi Autonomous County, Anshun City, Guizhou Province, did not follow the ladder mining, forming a "wall" phenomenon, and there are major accident hidden dangers and other issues. After investigation, the company has problems such as not using top-down mining sequence or layered mining, and the content of the report is true. The above-mentioned acts violated the relevant provisions of the Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Emergency Management Bureau of Ziyun Miao and Buyi Autonomous County imposed administrative penalties according to law. accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Rewarding Reporting in the Field of Safety Production in Guizhou Province (Trial Implementation), the Emergency Management Department of Guizhou Province awarded the informant 29000 yuan in August 2025.
