last year, at the "Central China International Capacity Cooperation Forum and Enterprise Docking Fair 2018", Huaxin Cement signed a cooperation agreement with the State Government of Jizak, Uzbekistan. It plans to invest 300 million US dollars to build a cement production line in Jizak, Uzbekistan, and Huaxin Cement has become the first wholly foreign-owned building materials enterprise in Uzbekistan's history. Since the launch of the Huaxin Jizak Project, the Uzbek government has attached great importance to it, not only opening a "green channel" for project approval, but also sending commissioners to provide on-site guidance for the project and solve various problems for the project in a timely manner.
