10, China Nengjian announced that the joint venture of its subsidiaries and the project companies established by Saudi International Power and Water Company signed three new energy general contracting contracts with a total contract value of about $2.745 billion. It is equivalent to about 19.554 billion yuan .
The projects include: Saudi Arabia PIF Phase V Shakira 1GW Wind Power Project with a contract value of USD 663 million and a construction period of 26 months; Saudi Arabia PIF Phase V Stella 2GW Wind Power Project with a contract value of USD 1.251 billion and a construction period of 30 months; The contract value of Saudi PIF Phase VI Foris 2GW Photovoltaic Project is US $831 million, with a construction period of 26 months.
On the same day, China Electric Power Construction also announced that its subsidiaries, China Hydropower Construction Group International Engineering Co., Ltd., China Electric Power Construction Group East China Survey and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. Signed contracts with Saudi Afif Renewable Energy Company for Saudi Afif 1 Photovoltaic IPP Project and Saudi Afif 2 Photovoltaic IPP Project, with contract amounts equivalent to about 5.843 billion yuan and 5.876 billion yuan respectively, totaling about 11.719 billion yuan. The
two projects are located in Afif Town, Riyadh Province, Central Region of Saudi Arabia. The scope of the project includes the construction of 2000 MW photovoltaic field area , 33/132 kV field area booster station, 132 kV outgoing line, some connection facilities and interface facilities of power grid station, connection roads, etc. The contract duration is 26 months.
