On April 15, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region issued the Announcement on the Demolition of the Production Line of 2500 Tons of Cement Clinker per Day of Ningxia Shangfeng Shengsheng Building Materials Co., Ltd. in accordance with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in Cement Glass Industry (2024 edition)" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's original [2024] 206). After on-site inspection and acceptance by experts, the main equipment of the production line of 2500 tons of cement clinker per day used by Ningxia Shangfeng Building Materials Co., Ltd. for capacity replacement to the enterprise and transfer to Huaining Shangfeng Cement Co., Ltd. has been dismantled and does not have the capacity to resume clinker production, which is hereby announced.
