On October 9, Wang Lei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Shandong Shanshui Group, went to Ludong Operating Area for investigation, discussed and exchanged with the management team of Ludong Operating Area and the leaders of subordinate enterprises, and went deep into the production sites of Qingdao Innovation Company and Qingdao Company to investigate the production and operation situation and understand the current situation of enterprise operation. symposium, Li Rongjin reported the overall operation of Ludong Operating Zone in recent years and the next development strategy; the leaders in charge of the sales, procurement, production and finance modules of the Operating Zone reported the work in detail; the responsible persons of the key enterprises under the Operating Zone reported their respective production and operation.
Wang Lei fully affirmed the achievements of Ludong Operating Zone, and had a detailed understanding of the key and difficult problems that need to be solved urgently in production and operation, and listened carefully to the suggestions and demands of various enterprises. He emphasized that we should take "being the best cement enterprise" as the goal to do a good job in business development, and strive to create industry-leading enterprises with advanced technology, advanced indicators, green, low-carbon and efficient operation. In view of the next step of Ludong Operating Zone, he requested that, first, we should strengthen our confidence, dare to fight, go all out to tackle the tasks in October and the fourth quarter, strive to promote price recovery, maintain a stable situation, strictly control expenditure, deepen cost reduction and efficiency enhancement; second, based on the industrial scale and coastal location advantages, we should continue to strengthen our core business, optimize the layout of the industrial chain and consolidate our competitiveness; Thirdly, we should combine the market demand, continue to focus on the research and development of special and characteristic cement, improve the high-end market share and increase the enterprise efficiency; fourthly, we should scientifically plan green, low-carbon and intelligent transformation development path according to the new development concept, and actively lay out the new track, so as to build up strength for the development of the Group in the "15th Five-Year Plan".
