Nine cement enterprises, such as Jiaozuo Wanfang Aluminum Co., Ltd., one electrolytic aluminium enterprise and Jiaozuo Qianye Cement Co., Ltd., have reached the energy consumption standard and implemented the first step electricity price. In accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Improving the Differentiated Electricity Price Policy (Yu Zheng Ban Ming Dian [2018] No.99) issued by the provincial government office and the Notice on Improving the Differentiated Electricity Price Policy (Jiao Ban Dian [2018] No.180) issued by the municipal government office, According to the verification opinions of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology on the submission of the results of the special verification of energy consumption for the implementation of the ladder tariff in 2025, The notice on the implementation of the step electricity price in the electrolytic aluminum, cement and steel industries of our city in 2024 is as follows:

I. The energy consumption of one electrolytic aluminum enterprise of Jiaozuo Wanfang Aluminum Co., Ltd. and nine cement enterprises including Jiaozuo Qianye Cement Co., Ltd. is up to the standard, and the first step electricity price is implemented.

2. The competent price departments of counties (cities and districts) shall, in conjunction with relevant departments, strengthen the verification, implementation, supervision and inspection of differentiated electricity prices to ensure that the differentiated electricity price policies are in place. State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company shall submit the implementation of this step tariff to the Commission (Price and Charge Management Section) before the end of January 2026.
