1. to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2023;
2. To consider and approve the publication of the results announcement of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2023 pursuant to the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited;
3. To consider whether to propose to the shareholders of the Company to consider and, if appropriate, approve the declaration of a final dividend (if any) for the year ending 31 December 2023; and
