It is understood that the technical renovation project of Real Madrid Cement 4600t/d new dry cement clinker production line and waste heat power generation is to upgrade the original 2500t/d new dry clinker production line to 4600t/d new dry clinker production line by using the existing raw material and raw coal treatment system and adopting the second-generation intelligent new dry pre-decomposition production process. It is equipped with 9 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation unit.

On October 18, the 4600t/d new dry process cement clinker production line of Meizhou Real Madrid Cement Co., Ltd. was ignited and put into operation.

It is understood that Real Madrid Cement 4600t/d new dry cement clinker production line and waste heat power generation technology transformation project is to use the existing raw materials and raw coal processing system, using the second generation of intelligent new dry pre-decomposition production process. The original 2500t/d new dry process clinker production line is upgraded to 4600t/d new dry process clinker production line, which is equipped with 9MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation unit.
