Senior personnel changes of Jidong Cement

On February 27, Jidong Cement issued the resolution announcement of the first meeting of the tenth board of directors. Mr. Kong Qinghui was elected as the chairman of the Company; Mr. Liu Yu was elected as the vice chairman and general manager of the Company; Mr. Ren Qianjin, Ms. Liu Sumin, Mr. Wei Weidong, Mr. Li Jianfang and Mr. Xu Li were appointed as the deputy general managers of the Company; Ms. Liu Sumin was appointed as the chief digital officer (concurrently) of the Company; Mr. Li Jianfang was appointed as the general counsel of the Company; Mr. Yang Beifang was appointed as the chief financial officer of the Company; Mr. Hu Bin and Mr. Li Jing were appointed as the assistant to the general manager of the Company; Mr. Ren Qianjin was appointed as the secretary to the board of directors of the Company; and Mr. Xue Zheng was appointed as the securities affairs representative of the Company.
