Recently, Xinjiang 2024 to 2025 cement peak staggering production plan notice was issued. Among them , the kilns in Yili Prefecture (direct) and Bozhou were shut down for seven and a half months, totaling 227 days.
Peak-shifting production scope:
peak-shifting production shall be carried out for all cement clinker production lines in the autonomous region (including the Corps). Among them, carbide slag cement clinker production enterprises participate in peak staggering production through "peak staggering replacement".
Staggered peak shutdown time:
Urumqi, Changji and Shihezi: November 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025; June 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025.
Hami City: November 1, 2024 to April 15, 2025; June 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025; September 1, 2025 to September 15, 2025.
Turpan City: November 1, 2024 to March 15, 2025; June 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025; August 16, 2025 to September 30, 2025.
Yili Prefecture and Bo Prefecture: from November 1, 2024 to April 15, 2025; from June 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025; from August 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025.
Tacheng region and Altay region: November 1, 2024 to April 15, 2025; June 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025.
Bazhou region and Aksu region: November 1, 2024 to March 15, 2025; May 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025; July 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025.
Kezhou, Kashi and Hotan: November 1, 2024 to March 15, 2025; June 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025; August 12, 2025 to August 31, 2025. The peak shifting and kiln shutdown time (excluding the kiln drying time) of the
cement clinker production line is a cycle from 0:00 on the start date to 24:00 on the end date.
According to statistics, in recent years, many regions have successively released plans for cement industry to stagger peak and shut down kilns from 2024 to 2025.
Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and Department of Ecology and Environment issued the Notice on Cement Peak-Staggered Production in 2024-2025.
The notice requires that the implementation time of cement peak staggering production in 2024-2025 is from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025, and the heating season is from November 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025. The annual peak staggering days are 150 days, including 120 days in the heating season and 30 days in the non-heating season. The Department of Industry and Information Technology
of Hunan Province and the Department of Ecology and Environment of Hunan Province jointly issued the Notice on Staggering Peak Production of Cement Industry during the Special Protection Period of Air Pollution Prevention and Control in 2024-2025. During the special protection period of air pollution prevention and control
from 2024 to 2025, the base number of peak-shifting production days of cement clinker production line is 110 days , of which the base number of peak-shifting production days from September 1 to December 31, 2024 is not less than 65 days.
The Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology and the Bureau of Ecology and Environment jointly issued the Notice on the Work Plan for Differentiated and Accurate Peak-Staggered Production of Chongqing Cement Industry from 2024 to 2025.
Peak-shifting time: the peak-shifting task base of a single cement clinker production line in 2024 is 180 days, and the peak-shifting task base of a single cement clinker production line in 2025 is 190 days , of which the peak-shifting task from October 2024 to March 2025 is 110 days.
