On February 23, the Development and Reform Commission of Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, issued a plan for the construction of key projects in Xianyang City in 2024, including 221 renewal projects and 266 new projects.

Among the continued projects, there is a 4500t/d new dry process cement clinker production line technical transformation project.
