Cameroon to increase annual cement production capacity by 1.5 million tons

Cimaf, a subsidiary of Morocco's OIP Group, announced that it will put into operation a new cement production line in Cameroon in March, adding 1 million tons of annual cement production capacity, which will bring the company's annual cement production capacity in Cameroon to 1.5 million tons, according to the "Invest in Cameroon" website. The production line will create 450 direct and indirect jobs with an investment of 26 billion CFA francs (about 43 million US dollars).
