At present, the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides from the second-line cement kiln of China Resources Cement (Nanning) Co., Ltd. has steadily reached below 100 mg/m3, achieving the expected ecological and environmental goals, and accumulating experience for the next step of comprehensively promoting the implementation of ultra-low emission transformation in the cement industry.

On February 23,

2024, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Guangxi Autonomous Region and the Guangxi Action Learning Research Association organized a team of four acceptance experts to Nanning to check and accept the second-line SCR denitrification technical renovation project of Huarun Cement (Nanning) Co., Ltd. The Autonomous Region Acceptance Team first held a symposium in Nanning Ecological Environment Bureau to listen to the project team's report on project implementation, construction effectiveness and existing problems, check the relevant materials of the project, and conduct personal interviews with the main members of the project implementation team. Subsequently, the acceptance team of the autonomous region went to Huarun Cement (Nanning) Co., Ltd., where the project is located, to inspect the construction of the project on the spot, and to discuss with the enterprise to understand the situation of the enterprise's application of action learning. The second-line SCR denitrification technical transformation project of

China Resources Cement (Nanning) Co., Ltd. is the first ultra-low emission transformation project of nitrogen oxides in cement enterprises implemented in Nanning. Nanning has set up a project implementation team composed of relevant government departments and enterprises to creatively solve the problems of catalyst blockage, high energy consumption and imperfect project supervision mechanism in the process of project implementation by introducing action learning tools. The acceptance team of the

autonomous region fully affirmed the achievements of the second-line SCR denitrification technical renovation project of Huarun Cement (Nanning) Co., Ltd. in "Action Learning + Deeply Fighting the Strong Battle of Pollution Prevention and Control", and hoped that the relevant departments and enterprises in Nanning would apply the thinking mode and tools of action learning to their daily work in the future, so as to promote the work to a higher level. The document "Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of Ultra-low Emission in Cement Industry" issued by five departments on January 15,

2024 clearly requires that by the end of 2025, significant progress will be made in key areas, and 50% of cement clinker production capacity will be transformed. Large state-owned enterprise groups in the region will basically complete the transformation of organized and unorganized ultra-low emission; by the end of 2028, cement clinker production enterprises in key regions will basically complete the transformation, and 80% of the cement clinker production capacity in the whole country will be transformed. The transformation of ultra-low emission in cement industry has been forced to speed up substantially.

To this end, on March 28-29, China Cement Network will hold the "13th China Cement Industry Summit and TOP100 Award Ceremony" in Hangzhou, during which excellent cases of ultra-low emission transformation will be shared.
