Hunan Guzhang Nanfang Cement Co., Ltd. intends to adopt the new internal circulation cement clinker suspension boiling calcination technology to carry out the technical transformation of the existing clinker production line without expanding the production capacity. According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2021] No.80) issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the technical transformation project without expanding the production capacity may not formulate the capacity replacement plan.

On October 12, the Hunan Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on the Technical Reform Project of Suspension Boiling Calcination of New Internal Circulation Cement Clinker with a Daily Output of 2500 Tons of Hunan Guzhang Southern Cement Co., Ltd.".

Hunan Guzhang Southern Cement Co., Ltd. intends to use the new internal circulation suspension fluidized calcination technology to transform the existing clinker production line without expanding its capacity. According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's original [2021] No.80), technological transformation projects that do not expand capacity may not formulate capacity replacement plans.

Recently, China Chemical Engineering Donghua Company and Hubei Huiyang New Materials Co., Ltd. formally signed a design contract for 3 million tons/year phosphogypsum sulphuric acid co-production cement clinker project. The signing of the contract marks the further deepening of cooperation between the two sides in the field of phosphogypsum resource utilization, and injects new impetus into the green and low-carbon development of the phosphorus chemical industry.
