On June 13, the list of the first batch of manufacturing enterprises to be supported by electricity cost in Hainan Province in 2024 was announced (Qionggongxin Operation [2024] 126). There are five companies, including Changjiang Huasheng Tianya Cement Co., Ltd. The support standard is 0.15 yuan/kWh, and the support amount is 10 million yuan.
According to the Implementation Plan of Hainan Free Trade Port for Reducing the Cost of Electricity Consumption in Key Industries (Trial Implementation) and the Letter of Hainan Development and Reform Commission on the Declaration of Funds for Supporting the Cost of Electricity Consumption in Key Industries in 2024. On June 7, the Hainan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Notice on the Declaration of Electricity Cost Support Funds for Key Industries in the First Half of 2024. After verification by
Hainan Power Grid Company and examination by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, it is proposed that five manufacturing enterprises that meet the conditions of exemption and enjoyment and whose electricity consumption exceeds 66.667 million kWh from January to April this year and reaches the upper limit of 10 million yuan of annual electricity cost support will be the first batch of electricity cost support enterprises in 2024.
