In January 2024, the total value of newly signed contracts of CSCEC was RMB 378.8 billion, with a year-on-year increase of 12.5%; the value of newly signed contracts of construction business was RMB 362.6 billion, with a year-on-year increase of 14.4%; the contracted sales of real estate business was RMB 15.1 billion, with a year-on-year decrease of 19%.

20, China Construction announced its business briefing in January 2024. In the first month of

2024, China Construction achieved a total of 378.8 billion yuan in new contracts, an increase of 12.5% over the previous year. Among them, the new contract value of construction business was 362 billion 600 million yuan, an increase of 14.4% over the same period last year. In terms of real estate business, China Construction achieved contract sales of 15.1 billion yuan in the first month of 2024, down 19% from the same period last year.
