Tibet Gaozheng Building Materials Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Gaozheng") was founded in 2001. Its predecessor was Lhasa Cement Plant built in 1960. After its establishment, the company started a new development process. Danzeng Dunzhu, deputy general manager of Gaozheng Stock Company, introduced that as a pioneer of Tibet's cement industry, after more than 60 years of rapid development, Gaozheng Stock Company has gradually become a comprehensive building material enterprise integrating cement, sand and gravel aggregates, commercial mixing, admixtures and other extended industries. In 2023, the production and operation situation of Gaozheng Stock Company was stable and good, with a total annual production of cement. The production and sales of commercial concrete were 794,600 cubic meters, an increase of 26.03% over the same period last year, and the production and sales of aggregate were 869,800 tons, an increase of 90.62% over the same period last year. At the same time, Gaozheng shares actively build new advantages for development and effectively guarantee the construction of major national projects in Tibet. Since the construction of Sichuan-Tibet Railway, Gaozheng shares have adhered to the requirements of "special kiln, special line, special warehouse, special supply" and relevant technical indicators of Sichuan-Tibet Railway, organized the production of iron standard clinker and cement, and fully guaranteed the cement supply for the construction of Sichuan-Tibet Railway . By the end of 2023, a total of 563,800 tons of iron cement had been supplied to the 1-7 section of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway.

Among them, the added value of industries above scale increased by 8.7% over the previous year, 4.1 percentage points higher than the national average (4.6%), ranking third in the country.
