Recently, Conch Cement issued the Announcement on the Completion of the Initial Fund Raising of the Industrial Investment Fund Participated in the Establishment.
The announcement said that in 2021, Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "China Building Material Private Equity Fund") and other limited partners jointly invested in the establishment of China Building Material (Anhui) New Material Industry Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Industrial Investment Fund"). The size of the first phase of the fund is 15 billion yuan , and the company, as a limited partner, has subscribed 1.6 billion yuan.
Recently, the Company received a notice from CNBM Private Placement Fund, the fund manager, that the initial capital of the Industrial Investment Fund has been fully paid in place, and the actual raised capital is RMB 15 billion.
The fund will focus on investing in new materials industry , including but not limited to fiber and composite materials, glass-based materials, membrane materials, optoelectronic materials, crystal materials and other new materials , and appropriately invest in materials related to industrial transformation and upgrading;
The fund focuses on supporting the development of enterprises in the growth and maturity stages, focusing on docking the strategic emerging industry cluster development base and experimental base in Anhui Province, focusing on supporting key enterprises and major projects in the core links of the strategic emerging industry chain, and focusing on supporting major industrial projects and major industrial projects in the strategic emerging industry.
