The Bureau of Commerce and Industrial Informatization of Shihe District submitted to the Bureau of Industry and Informatization of Xinyang City the Report on the Transfer of the Production Capacity of the 4500-ton Cement Clinker Production Line of Huaxin Cement (Henan Xinyang) Co., Ltd. According to the Notice of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Henan Province on Issuing the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Iron and Steel, Electrolytic Aluminum, Cement and Glass Industries of Henan Province (Trial Implementation) (Yu Gong Xin Cai [2021] 144) and other relevant documents. Huaxin Cement (Henan Xinyang) Co., Ltd. is now announcing the confirmation of the capacity replacement and transfer of the cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4500 tons, and the public is welcome to supervise.
The announcement plan shows that Huaxin Cement (Henan Xinyang) Co., Ltd. will withdraw from a 4500t/d clinker production line for Huaxin Cement (Huangshi) Co., Ltd. to build a 11750t/d clinker production line with a replacement ratio of 2:1. The proposed main equipment is 6.2 * 98m rotary kiln.
At present, the enterprise has a production capacity of 9500t/d, and this scheme replaces and supplements the production capacity of 2250t/d. The planned ignition and commissioning time of the proposed line is the end of August 2025. The construction site is located at No.526, yuanguang Village, Fuchi Town, Yangxin County, Huangshi City, Hubei Province. The withdrawn project will be shut down, dismantled and withdrawn before the new ignition is put into operation.
According to the inquiry, Huaxin Cement has only one clinker production line in Henan Province, and the withdrawal of this 4500t/d clinker production line also means that Huaxin Cement no longer has a clinker production line in Henan Province.
