Grate joints of the grate cooler shall be cleaned manually to ensure smooth ventilation. At the same time, the company also carries out strict standards and assessment for the operation of the kiln grate cooler, strengthens the thickness of the second material layer of the grate cooler, and enhances the heat exchange of the second clinker of the grate cooler. After the overhaul, the average temperature of the kiln head boiler increased significantly.

In addition, in view of the low vacuum of the condenser and the existence of dirt and mud, the technicians carried out chemical and physical double cleaning on the heat exchange surface of the condenser in time, and formulated standards to ensure that every stop must be cleaned. At the same time, technicians repaired the side filter of circulating water, restored the water flow to 100%, and increased the backwash of shallow filter to two times to ensure the quality of circulating water. The dirt of the circulating water tank filler seriously affected the heat exchange and ventilation, and the company organized personnel to clean it manually. When the condenser was started after maintenance, the vacuum value of the condenser was greatly improved. Due to the physical wear and tear of the service life, the leakage and ash deposition of the superheater of the kiln head boiler are also another pain point in this transformation. In this overhaul, the boiler was repaired by hydraulic test in time, and the wearing points of the internal elbow were checked comprehensively. At the same time, the heat exchange efficiency of the boiler was ensured by manual ash removal. In the process of transformation, every cadre and staff clearly realized the seriousness and urgency of the current production problems, and they were United and devoted great energy to solving the current development bottleneck.
