The board of directors agreed to elect Mr. Chen Wensheng as the chairman of the tenth session of the board of directors of the Company for a term of three years from the date of approval at the meeting. According to the Articles of Association, the chairman of the board of directors is the legal representative of the company.
According to the recommendation of the chairman of the Company and the approval of the nomination committee of the board of directors, the board of directors agreed to continue to appoint Mr. Li Shifeng as the general manager of the Company, and authorized the chairman and the management to sign the relevant assessment agreement. The term of office shall be three years from the date of its adoption at the current meeting.
According to the recommendation of the general manager and the nomination of the nomination committee of the board of directors, the board of directors agreed to appoint Mr. Sun Lin and Mr. Xiong Hannan as the deputy general managers of the company. Mr. Xiong Hannan, the deputy general manager, performed the duties of the chief accountant and the secretary of the board of directors, and authorized the chairman and the management to sign the relevant appraisal agreement. The term of office shall be three years from the date of its adoption at the current meeting.
