Recently, the Cement Branch of Liaoning Building Materials Industry Association, Jilin Building Materials Industry Association and Heilongjiang Cement Association respectively issued notices on peak staggering production in the cement industry, requiring cement clinker enterprises to shut down kilns for 15 days from June 1.
1. Heilongjiang:
According to the current market demand in Heilongjiang Province, the Cement Association of Heilongjiang Province has decided to implement peak-shifting production in summer and shut down the kiln for 15 days from June 1. The association will organize personnel to conduct inspections in early June to ensure the smooth progress of the peak staggering production.
2. Jilin:
Jilin Building Materials Industry Association decided to organize the implementation of peak-shifting production in June 2024. The kiln will be closed for 15 days from 8:00 a.m. on June 1, 2024. The Provincial Building Materials Association will organize relevant personnel to supervise and inspect the implementation of this peak staggering production by kiln enterprises in the whole province. For the implementation of this peak staggering production, the Provincial Building Materials Association will timely report the violations to the provincial industry and information departments and ecological environment departments and take corresponding measures.
3. Liaoning:
The Cement Branch of Liaoning Building Materials Industry Association requires that all cement clinker production lines shall be shut down for 15 days from 8:00 a.m. on June 1, 2024 to 8:00 a.m. on June 16, 2024. Each group/enterprise must implement peak staggering and kiln shutdown according to the notification time, and strengthen the unity and coordination mechanism within the industry. The association will organize relevant personnel to supervise and inspect the situation of kiln shutdown.
