On May 10, the signing ceremony of the green mine construction agreement in Sichuan Province was successfully held, and the green mine construction agreement was signed with several provincial state-owned enterprises and mining rights holders in Sichuan Province. The
agreement stipulates that:
1. Supervise and guide the mining right holders to build green mines in accordance with the green mine construction standards, and carry out routine supervision and inspection from time to time;
2. At the same time, the mining enterprises shall be included in the national mining right exploration and mining information publicity system, and implement integrity management; Mining enterprises with
3、 shall be constructed and operated in strict accordance with the green mine standards issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources, and shall pass the green mine assessment and verification within two years; those failing to pass the assessment shall be rectified and supervised within one year.
In addition, the agreement further strengthens the reward and punishment measures:

If the mining enterprise fails to pass the green mine assessment and verification within two years and fails to pass the green mine assessment and verification within one year of rectification, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Natural Resources will request the relevant departments to order the mining enterprise to stop production and carry out rectification according to the regulations; After the
2、 are included in the green mine directory database, they will be removed from the green mine directory database if they are identified as not meeting the requirements of green mine construction in daily supervision and inspection and have not been rectified within six months; If the
3、 has not been rectified in place within one year, the relevant departments will be requested to order the suspension of production, carry out rectification according to the regulations, and re-declare the green mine, which can be restarted only after the assessment and verification have been passed.
