It is understood that on June 27, 2022, Dongfang Hope Group and Fengdu County signed an investment agreement for Dongfang Hope Fengdu Waste Incineration Power Generation Project, and started construction on March 21, 2023. The total investment of the project is 287 million yuan. After the project is put into operation, 146,000 tons of domestic waste can be treated annually, 67 million degrees of electricity can be generated annually, and the recycling of domestic waste can be realized, which is conducive to the sustainable economic development of the county.
